Welcome to Gola Nursery. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of golanursery.com and your purchases from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a valid email and phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the website or violate these terms.

2. Products and Orders

• We sell living plants. Photos are representative; each plant is unique and may differ slightly in size, shape and colour.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as stock errors, pricing errors or suspected misuse.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Payment for orders is currently collected as described at checkout. Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery timelines.

3. Delivery

• All plants are delivered in an estimated 15 to 20 days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
• Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
• Live plants should be unpacked immediately on arrival and cared for as described in the included care manual.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are possible only in specific cases as described in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Educational Content and Manuals

• Our care manuals and guides are for personal, non commercial use by our customers and members.
• You may not resell, republish or redistribute our content without written permission.
• Guides are educational and do not guarantee specific plant growth outcomes. See our Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, guides, manuals, logos and design, belongs to Gola Nursery or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack or misuse the website.
• Do not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gola Nursery is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
